Hi, I’m Danika! As a Registered Dietitian, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through their healing journeys, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders. I’ve worked across various levels of care, including Residential Treatment Centers (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). My passion for nutrition and helping others heal comes from my own personal journey of learning to nurture a healthy relationship with food.

I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, which have given me a strong foundation to support individuals in navigating their own paths to wellness. But for me, learning never stops—I’m always seeking to deepen my knowledge to provide the best care and support possible for those I work with.

I’m especially passionate about intuitive eating, recognizing that each person’s relationship with food is deeply personal and unique. I know how challenging and transformative this process can be, and I’m here to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to guide you through it. My approach is all about helping you find a balanced, nourishing relationship with food that feels right for you.

Throughout my experience in RTC, PHP, and IOP settings, I’ve honed my skills in creating personalized nutrition plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address the complexities of eating disorders. But beyond the professional experience, I bring my own lived experience to my work—an understanding of the ups and downs that come with healing and rediscovering trust in your body.

My mission is simple: to help you reclaim your health, your relationship with food, and your life. I’m excited to support you as you take your own steps toward healing, growth, and a more positive relationship with food.
